At Brilliant Books, we want every reader to be completely satisfied with their purchase; if you are not happy with your book, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original condition and include all bookmarks or inserts that accompanied the shipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Books

  Carefully pack the books in their original shipping box or a sturdy mailer to prevent spine damage or corner dings during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
